Groovie Girls have a great time together
while strengthening their mind and body! The groovie girls practice breathing/relaxation techniques, yoga, pilates and martial arts. It is very helpful for their bodies, which are still developing, as well as their minds, teaching them to relax while encouraging self-control. The class offers a natural way to exercise, focus and strengthen their mind and body while encouraging them to have a strong spirit. It is a great way to introduce health, fitness and basic anatomy to girls while having fun. |
