The groovy girls practice breathing techniques, poses, games, activities, relaxation and visualization. It is very helpful for their bodies, which are still developing, as well as their minds, teaching them to relax while encouraging self-control from a young age. The class offers a natural way to exercise, focus, and strengthen their mind and body while encouraging them to have a strong spirit. It is a great way to introduce health, fitness and basic anatomy to girls while having fun.
